Francisco and another lady who worked at the front desk were very helpful.
Floors in room were very dirty. My feet were black after walking barefoot.

The room had 2 windows which opened only to the air conditioning system. Better to pay the extra $10 to get a room with window facing south (north faces a busy street)

Location was what we needed for pick up for a trip the following day
We arranged,a month prior to our stay, to leave our cases to go on a 2 day trip. This was confirmed by the hotel twice, by email prior to our stay. Upon arrival we checked again and were told this would be fine. At 6am we went to reception to leave our cases and were categorically told that this was not possible. This spoiled our onward plans.
