No hot water at the bathroom sink, shower water was very hard to fix, either too hot or cold, breakfast quite small, they do not mention the compulsory cash payment until arrival, not in the booking process, very expensive for what you get, same price as 4 stars hotels in Bogota or Medwllin, not worth it

The hotel is cute and the staff (Erica in particular) are amazing. This review is for the room "Marron" which is one floor up. We had already stayed here for two days in the king suite which we liked. On the plus side, this room opens out into a patio type area with comfortable chairs and a work station which we treated like an extension of the room.
This room was right on the street so it was loud! Traffic sounds - bikes and cars - were very loud since the windows are not soundproofed. On top of this, there was construction on the property and the location of this particular room is such that and the sounds were extremely unpleasant and headache inducing. We had no peace and quiet when we wanted to spend time in the room in the afternoons. The bathroom was small and no hot water in the sink. We could not leave the windows open due to the street noise, but closing them made the room super stuffy (no fan or aircon).
