The house was left unclean and smelled a lot of cigarettes. Good communication with staff.

Remote, bunnies to see, compensation for lack of cleaning

The house smells of cigarettes. Dishes were used as ash trays. The bathroom and living room weren't properly cleaned.

1)House we get is not as shown in the booking confirmation, which is obviously of a much lower standard. 2) We booked a house with pets allowance. But we are forced by reception to pay extra 60€ cleaning cost for dog, because of their mistake to provide us a house without pets allowance. 3)No honesty and no consideration for customer from the reception, least effort for them is priority. Unfortunately, they are the only available contact at this place. 4) Beds are old cheap single bed, very uncomfortable. 5) Please see the pictures. We paid for 1025€ for two nights stay for two adults and two kids, from May 18 to 20, 2023.

Superb

The location is nice, easy to access both the northern and the southern part of the Netherlands. The house is spacy, nice terrace overlooking the pond. Friendly stuff Late check out and check in available.

The kitchen was lacking some basic stuff : towel, salt and pepper. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was for the whole group of 5 person for 2 nights. Bathroom towels available for extra charge only.

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Guter Ausgangspunkt zu Erkundungen der Sehenswürdigkeiten in Friesland. langer, flacher Sandstrang. Für Urlaub mit Hund ideal.

Beim Duschen sehr schwankende Wassertemparatur. Entweder kalt oder kochend heiß. Leider kein Restaurationsbetrieb im Beach Resort Center.
