the location on the main road that leads to the neighboring ski stations is good. The staff were empathetic and helpful anytime they were asked and made the hotel feel cozy, family like house with a warm villager-like behavior. The rooms and chalets’ interior design with a chimney and rustic wood adds to the warmth of the facility and makes it ideal for winter getaways.
no restaurant or breakfast service in the facility. the towels and bed sheets are due for a complete replacement with new ones in the whole hotel (very used). the cleaning services need a little more supervision. the utensils need to be renewed.

Highly recommended!!
Very cozy hotel with a beatiful room view for the amazing mountain of Faraya. The room is clean & equipped with everything you need for your accommodation, the staff are very helpful & friendly they even let us check in earlier than the check in time.
They just need to add some new kitchen utensils in the room and it will be perfect.
Will definitely stay there when I travel again to Lebanon!
