Good location few minutes away from Dunbulla Caves and Sigiriya rock. If you want a chill family feeling hotel this is the place to stay! You won’t regret it.

Ambience is not.good very low average hotel. Ac's were not On and room was not cool before our arrival and it was too hot weather.
Size of the room was big and 1 small AC took time to make the room cool enough.
There were mosquitoes and we asked them to spray the room and washroom.
Lizards were also seen in the washroom so it was bit of uncomfortable stay with kids.
