Room : The mattress and pillows are so comfortable, not so tough but not so soft either. I had a good night's sleep!
Breakfast and Dining Area : Breakfast selection was good enough and the dining area is clean!
Room: 1 pillow case has a stain (most likely not removed from washing). Didn't have the time to complain due to busy sched during my stay.
Dining Area : I just noticed one staff during my 2 days breakfast that provides "more" attentiveness to foreigners instead of being equally attentive to everyone- foreigner or locals =(

The staff were courteous and friendly and an airport shuttle was available.
We reserved a queen bed 3 months ago. Sorry no,queen size bed available. The TV didn't work. Waited until 11.00pm for technician, he didn't come until the next day. The shower is a death trap, so slippery. The body wash/ shampoo containers didn't work. Had to remove from coverings. The breakfast was really only so so .Eggs, completey pre cooked were cold. Most trays with fruit were basically empty. The baymaries were mostly cold, only brewed coffee was included along with fruit cordial. No tea.
