I’m glad this house was available on such a short notice, as our other location fell through at the last minute. Cute house with plenty of room. Jennifer was very nice and made the check in very simple. The house sets back off the road and made it feel like you were out in the country. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Gloucester is a cute little town with some great places to eat.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this clean and comfortable beach cottage. The layout worked well for our large, multi-generational group. The beach is a very short walk from the house and just tremendous, especially for families with young children. The sand is pristine and the water is shallow. We hope to return!!!

The highlight of this stay was far and away the stunning beach and very short easy walk. Our young children loved running the private beach, wading in the shallow waters, and searching for shells and sand dollars among the tide pools. We cannot wait to return to this beach again. The house is plenty big enough for our family of four and then some. The AC units worked tremendous and kept the house perfectly cool even on the hottest of days. The house is in need of a deep clean, small repairs, and some basic updates. The owner is very nice but seems very busy and doesn’t provide a lot of guidance or instruction.

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The house is adorable, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family of six. There’s air conditioning which made it comfortable on hot days. My husband had to work a few days and the WiFi worked well enough for his meetings. The very best part though is the short walk to the beach. It is the most beautiful, peaceful beach we’ve been to. It’s not crowded at all, the sunset is amazing. The beach is very flat with calm waves. My children loved playing in the water and sand and collecting shells. We even found several sand dollars. This really is the perfect beach for children. Most places, I make sure I’m an arms reach away from my younger kids anytime they’re close to the water and it’s stressful. Here, with the space and gentle water, they could play while I sit and relax and enjoy as much as them! Thanks for this beautiful rental! We’d love to return sometime!

Our family just returned from a wonderful and relaxing beach vacation for 25 nights at Jennifer’s beautiful home. It was difficult to leave the comfort of the natural surroundings, the deck and living areas and the amazing private beach just a pathway away. Thank you Jennifer!

The house is very convenient to get to the beach. Enjoyed many walks with our dog on the beach, also saw several awesome sunsets. The area is great!

The house is fine, but the star of the show is the beach. Much closer than you'd expect via the deeded beach access is a vast expanse of white sand and sky. We walked for miles with our dogs, saw very few people, and relaxed. The house was cozy. We very much enjoyed the fireplace and made good use of the kitchen. Our host answered the few questions we had promptly. I love the beach in winter and this was the perfect place.

A lovely home located a short walk from the beautiful Wingearsheek/ Coffin Beach. The house had everything we needed and communicating with Jen was easy when we encountered some difficulty with the heating system. She resolved the problem immediately and we were toasty warm for our entire stay. Our dog just loved being on the beach and although it was October, he managed to get a good swim in the ocean everyday. A perfect place to relax, regroup and enjoy nature.

The property is beautiful and the location is amazing. We loved the house and the beachy decor and we had everything we needed. It was also sparkling clean when we arrived and the owners made us feel very comfortable. We hope to come back.
