The view was amazing and staff was very friendly

Very friendly and helpful welcome by reception staff. Room was good, spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Good central location. Ask for a room with a view on Salim street, which makes for wonderful night time viewing.

I love the location and it’s very clean
The breakfast is very average. The chef is not putting any effort to prepared the dishes himself but he’s using canned food or frozen food instead. do needs some maintenance and they’re not using any kind of scents.

Right on the vibrant Salem Street. Very nice Mandela cafe/Bar by the side. Breakfast was good.
Everything was old, floor carpets definetely needs changing. Overall hotel requires a through renovation. Internet wasn't the best. Hotel doesn't accept credit cards. Elevator is so slow. Useless plastic bags covers on the towels-creating waste.
