Еverything is fine! I liked this place.
Since the accommodation is located near the road, it was occasionally noisy at night. Cars and mopeds would rev their engines...

The location was great, right off the main road and walking distance to the center, restaurants and beaches. Staff was nice and helpful.
The room is basic but bed was good. The bathroom (toilet and shower) a bit cramped. Also very good location to go to Butrint

Sicuramente la posizione molto centrale, su una via con tutti i servizi, farmacia, ristoranti, supermercato, a 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge più famose di Ksamil. La semplicità e la conedialita dell'host ci ha stupito piacevolmente, siamo stati accolti dal titolare con una bottiglia di olio prodotto da lui!
Il bagno era molto molto piccolo, non c'è spazio per muoversi e la doccia non ha neanche una tenda, ogni volta che ci si lava si allaga tutto e in 5 persone è stato davvero molto difficile. Inoltre 3 letti in cucina chiaramente sono un disagio per via degli odori la sera a cena ma questo lo sapevamo.
