La camera era molto pulita , silenziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario :il pezzo forte è sicuramente il balcone da cui ammirare uno splendido panorama e delle albe uniche!!! La struttura è in centro a Sirolo, a 15 minuti da spiaggia Urbani , Aldo è stato molto cortese e disponibile , spero di aver l occasione di tornarci

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of beautiful Sirolo, with an incredible view of the sea. The room was spotlessly clean, and the lovely lady who took care of the cleaning was very kind. I also really appreciated the drying rack on the balcony – such a simple but incredibly useful detail after a day at the beach. With the sun and heat, swimwear and beach clothes dried in no time.
Aldo was exceptionally kind and helpful and genuinely went out of his way to make my stay as easy as possible. Whenever I needed help with anything, he somehow seemed to appear and was immediately ready to assist! He helped me with practical things around the car and getting around, and also gave me a wonderful recommendation for San Michele beach. You can really tell that he cares about his guests and wants them to have a great stay.
I would have really appreciated having a kettle in the room. As a coffee drinker, even if coffee and tea are not provided, having a kettle would make it possible to bring your own instant coffee and make a cup in the room. I also missed having an iron and ironing board, as summer clothes can get very creased in a suitcase.
It is also useful to know that breakfast is not available at the property, as there is no kitchen. This was not really a problem, though – the centre of Sirolo is literally around the corner and there are cafés within a minute’s walk, so finding breakfast is extremely easy.
There is a restaurant directly below the rooms, with guests arriving from around 18:30 and dinner continuing until approximately 23:00. It is a restaurant rather than a bar or nightclub, so the atmosphere is not that kind of noisy nightlife, but it is worth knowing if you enjoy spending the evening on your balcony. The balcony overlooks the restaurant terrace, so there is very little privacy while the restaurant is busy.
One thing worth knowing if you plan to spend a lot of time on the balcony is that there is no parasol or other shade. The balcony gets direct sun in the morning and becomes very hot quite early. The sea view is absolutely beautiful, but if you are someone who needs shade, this is useful to know in advance.
