Everything from the room to the amenities were perfect. Even if it was quite busy (mid-Autumn festival!) we were so relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Every single staff member we encountered was lovely and warm. We left some items that were meant to be discarded, but received an email confirming if we still needed them. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Beds and room size was excellent. Very clean and modern hotel that meets the 5star expectation . The beds are exceptionally large and very comfortable
location was excellent attached to a shopping mall . The mini bar drinks including beer is free ( not wine or snacks ) that was a nice surprise. They bring tea to the room each day too.
not well equipt for families to stay. No adjoining rooms . We had to have one room and on same level at the other end our older child ( 18 yrs and 14 year old child had to stay in there )
English communication is just okay at reception which means check in takes longer. Seems to be only 1 staff member here and there that can communicate well in English.

The room was fine, very comfortable beds, enough space to put away things etc. The hotel has a very good gym and a huge pool for real swimming, please be aware that you need to bring a swimming cap or buy their extremely overpriced one. The staff generally speaks good English so communication was fine. Location wise it's perfect, a super good mall right next to it with lots of options for eating, and easy for cabs to drive anywhere.
Breakfast in Chinese 5 star hotels is generally overpriced, so we always go out for breakfast, or order room service breakfast à la carte. This hotel did not offer this option, but luckily there is a very good mall right next to it, with lots of good options. While the room was generally very comfortable, with a great bed, a big shower and a a tub, note that it's a "no privacy bathroom" room. In this case, only a mirror separating the sleeping area from the basin/toilet area, meaning that going to the loo in the middle of the night will wake up your partner (somewhat noisy Japanese style automated).

Location, room and breakfast
Services were very poor: no basic amenities like sewing kit to hem trousers or nail file. Laundry was proposed every day but quality was poor they returned my shirt back unmaintened.
Room maintained poorly: floor is dirty, lots of dust everywhere.
Reception was unhelpful: I faced an issue with my flight and they sent me to solve it on my own knowing that airline was Chinese and not providing any assistance in English. I asked to extend stay because of the weather and they did, but they forgot to extend my keys.
But they charged me for two b/w printed pages for 7 rmd, I never faced it before.
All that small details spoiled all impressions of our stay.
