Super location. Good value for an apartment in central Shanghai. Friendly staff. Daily cleaning
Getting a little aged in places. Gym needs new machines for example.

Super service, amenities, room, location, very fast response within 10 mn, I had my toilet clogged, within 20 mn fixed, cleaned and ready to use.

Excellent location. Our stay at the 3 bedrooms unit were very good. Beds n facilities were clean . But our subsequent stay on 9/7-11/7 in the 1 bedroom units were disappointing. Beds were soft , basin was chipped . The whole place looked dated!
