A better smoking area than just standing outside their entry door beside the cigarette bin.

The price and the location is great
The lounge smells so bad because of the smoking area and is so hot even in winter. There is no rules so everyone can speak out loud even in the morning at 4:00 AM.

Good location in between the airport and central Hakodate, right in front of a tram station. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfy.
The free bicycles you can borrow are not in the best shape. The battery of the bikelight was depleted.

One of the worst breakfast we had during our 7 day trip. Room very small, bed very thin that you can feel the spring coil.
