Great location near trams and buses. Very close to the major attraction of the fort and easy to get to the major trains like the JR station. It was raining two of the nights and the hotel had complementary umbrellas to use during our stay.

Room was very nice, and clean. Amenities were spot on and hotel service was great! Only issue was the bed. The bed was pretty firm however it is not a valid reason to take away a star!

The facilities are new and the location is convenient, so I often use it when I go to Hakodate.
However, it was a pity that the room I stayed in this time had a poor flow of water in the washroom.
