Wonderful three days in Split

Very large, clean and modern apartment. With a large garden (entrance to the garden is outside the apartment). In a quiet place. Three minutes walk to the Golden Gate of the old city. Highly recommended.

No car parking. The apartment is located on a one-way street, where all parking lots are always occupied. We parked in a paid parking lot at the beginning of the street (zone 2) and walked to the apartment. It's not hard, but we had to do a few circles around the area before we found it.

Great value stay, comfortable and clean

Great apartment with everything you need to self cater, cupboards stocked with necessities like tea, coffee etc. Lovely garden area. Very clean, spacious and good hosts.

Didn’t realise the outdoor bbq/fire wasn’t next to the private garden so we didn’t use it as we had hoped.

Perfect

Everything was as described. The appartment is near old center , inside is as the pictures and it is very nice. Was perfect for 4 nights stay.

Lovely comfortable flat in a good location

A very spacious apartment with 3 good sized double bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. It was very well equipped, I can't think of anything we could have asked for that was not provided. Our host met us on arrival to show us round. I contacted him twice about very minor things and he responded very quickly. Location is excellent, 5 mins walk to the Palace complex and 10 to the harbour area.

The private garden is a private area within a communal garden, and does not have direct access from the apartment.

lovely spacious apartment within walking distance to old town!

spacious and insanely convenient to old town and port with all the boat tours. 7 min walk. we never had to move our car or drive anywhere. Marin is super sweet too.

you may have to drive around the block several times to find a parking spot on the road, but it’s really not a big deal and totally worth the convenience of being so close. if you drive into the city you would have to do this anyway. i would stay here again hands down!

Perfect! It was a really nice week in Split!

Great localization! In apartment you can find everything you need. Garden and grill was really nice. 10 min from Apartment can buy some fresh fish in Fishmarket and grill it by your own in terrace. Garden is cool place to chill with wine or coffee. Big 3 bedrooms with air condition. Perfect for 6 person. Martin was really nice owner!

- TV was not smart so we can't watch HBO or Netflix. It would be perfect it will have mibox or something like that :)

Great location and apartment

Super easy meet up to get the keys. Very close to two grocery stores and pharmacy. A couple blocks away from the walled city.

Be careful of the hot water. Burned my feet in the shower. I would recommend they turn down the hot water heater. Parking is very limited. We parked up the street about 5 blocks away. Everything else was great

Perfect

The location of the property was incredible. Just a few minutes away from the city center and near the beach as well. The hospitality of Marin was incredible. The airconditioning had malfunctions and he fixed them within hours of arrival. Overall our stay was amazing.

wonderful apartment in the center of Split

it's a wonderful apartment. Big, super clean, furnished with all the facilities, towels provided in large quantity, the garden is beautiful and well maintained with a big fireplace to grill. The owner has been super kind and always reachable for questions. Price was cheap too.

Amazing place! Had everything you need and more. I tore my skirt and found a sewing kit which really proved to me there’s everything you need there! The beds were super comfy and everything was spotless - I would definitely come here again.

The flat is really-well situated in Split, it had everything we need even more ! The terrasse and outside equipment are also really good ! We enjoyed our time !

Perfect stay in a perfect location

Stayed here as a family of 6 and we was very comfortable. 10/15 mins walk from the centre& a shop literally down the road. The accommodation was very clean ! Would recommend and defiantly stay again.

Exceptional

A superb location, only a few minutes walk from the historic centre of the city and the coast. Lots of lively bars and restaurants nearby, but in a quiet and secluded spot. The bedrooms are exceptionally comfortable with good air conditioning and blissful beds. The apartment is well equipped and has a lovely outdoor space to relax in.

We all felt the main bathroom could do with modernisation.
