The hotel offers everything for a relaxing vacation. Customer service is exceptional. We really liked the small treats we found everyday in our room (grapes, a magnificent desert by the hotel's chef, a bottle of Proseco on our first day). The restaurants of the hotel are magnificent with amazing food and very good selection of wines. The hotel has a very nice view to Vietri Sul Mare which adds to the experience of a very good dinner.
We would prefer the area mentioned as a "bar", to be a little more vibrant, with less lights, stools and high tables beyond the sofas and chairs, a bit more up tempo music and perhaps the bartender to be located there instead into the hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Raito for 9 days and honestly had such a great experience. We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful, the amenities are very well kept, and the views are just incredible.
One of our favorite things was the pool (the 2 Giovanni’s thst provided exceptional service). It was never too crowded, so it was really easy to relax and enjoy the amazing views overlooking the Amalfi Coast.
The complimentary shuttle into Vietri was also a huge plus and made getting into town very convenient. Ernesto was always on time. We used it quite a bit during our stay and really appreciated having that option.
We also ate at the hotel restaurants several times and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. It was great having such good options right at the hotel.
The staff were wonderful and always willing to help. Sharon, Kate, and the entire front desk were so helpful. They gave us great suggestions for our itinerary and helped us with ferry times, boat tours, and other questions we had while planning our days. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, which really made our stay even better.
Overall, Hotel Raito is a true gem. Luigi and team thanks again! We had an amazing 9 days here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This is really an amazing stay. Welcoming from the beginning. Stunning views, lovely people. Day before our arrival we were called, already welcoming us, if everything was set, we had any wishes. Little gesture, great impact. The overall culture in the hotel is to give you a good time. Everybody is doing their part. Great.
