Amazing location. Original and stunning room. Friendly staff. Lovely rooftop with pool and comfortable chairs with an incredible view. Easy walk into Fira . Would go back
Breakfast could have been better although their scrambled eggs were excellent.

The location is beautiful - you can enjoy the sunset perfectly from the patio/balcony. Breakfast was delicious, staff was amazing with recommendations and transportation booking. The room was spacious and the pool was great.

LOCATION: lovely views, close to a parking for drop-off though there is a 5-10 min walk in a cobbled street to get to hotel. No luggage service was provided to us, so not sure if there is one
Fira City Centre/ High Street was a 15-20 min walk away with lots of stairs. This is just FYI as we did not find it an issue, but others might.
VIEWING DECK: great place to see sunset & relax and take pictures.
JACUZZI: on viewing deck. we did not use this.
CAFE & BREAKFAST: breakfast had freshly cooked eggs, toast, tea, OJ etc.
ROOM: spacious for 4 people. There was a small kitchenette. Bathroom was spacious.
AC: yes, though we did not use it. It was quite chilly for April nights, though days were hot, but the room was cool in the day.
CLEAN: we found the room & property clean.
WIFI: kept disconnecting, not very good
ROOM: no place to put suitcases, so they were on the floor. Not a lot of space to hang clothes. The room was spacious but lacked basic things like hooks & luggage tables. The room is not luxury (exactly as was shown in pics on booking, but just a FYI again for others), nor does it look like a cave to be fair. see pics. iron was provided on request but no ironing table.
CLEANLINESS/HYGIENE: not sure if this is the right category but we do not find places that use a sheet on a blanket instead of a proper closed duvet cover very clean & hygienic. There was an old looking blue thin duvet/blanket with a plain white sheet under it that we found off-putting, as you would end up touching/using the blue duvet at some point while sleeping ... we were not sure if it was washed & clean for every guest or not. It looked old and well-used.
BATHROOM: shower was basic & hand-held. nothing fancy. It was difficult to put it up as a shower as the pipe was not long enough. Door did not close properly & you had to push it in with force which made a loud noise every time.
