Staff were very approachable and attentive. Views from our balcony of the Caldera coast and excellent sunset views. Very comfortable living environment. V Good sized pool - circa 26m long. Good breakfast spread delivered to our own balcony. 10-15min walk to a selection of supermarkets & 25min walk to main bus station but 5 mins to a bus stop. Widr selection of nearby resturants and cafes.
Wedding guests of neighbouring ceremony plot next to our balconey using our area as a public place. Limited variety of choice of breakfast. Lack of provision to help transporting luggage between hotel and taxi drop/pick up point , up & down steep and numerous steps - not iideal fir those with mobility issues.

Liked the location and the view from the terrace
There were extra charges mentioned as national tax which was not disclosed in the pricing before and additional catering charges which I remember we didn't consume.

A very mixed experience at this property.
The view of the caldera is magnificent, and it is possible to have dinner on the terrace while enjoying it. The swimming pool is also nice.
But unfortunately, these are about the only positives.
First of all, the welcome was disappointing. I was asked to pay more than the price I had originally been quoted for the transfer from the port, supposedly because of taxes. If I had been informed about these additional charges beforehand, that would at least have been respectful. And I was not even given a receipt.
Then, the ladies at reception repeatedly insisted on offering me a transfer to the airport at a very high price, even though I had already arranged another solution. Curiously, the price kept decreasing when I declined.
As for the accommodation, it was adequate for one night for four people, but it was not very clean and was poorly equipped: only two forks and three glasses for four guests.
Finally, apart from being served on the terrace with a beautiful view, the breakfast was really disappointing: instant coffee, leftover/opened pieces of bread, orange juice, and almost warm fromage blanc.
Overall, I would not recommend this property.
