The staff at the Pharoahs hotel are very helpful. The breakfast staff were friendly. The porters and front desk were very professional
We double booked our room by mistake, and we were offered a refund when they realised it was a genuine mistake. There was no word of argument about it. Such goodwill and honesty is rare. We were very impressed.
Everything was as expected for what we paid. The location is great, and the staff are friendly, giving us advice to make sure we had a great stay
