Many things. The reception girl at night was so kind and waited for us at the property to hand over the keys, and helped with the parking because we arrived by car with the last ferry around 23:30, and at first I parked in the "No parking area". The breakfast and the dinner are beyond good. There are many types of food you can choose from. Also, you are able to wash your laundry there. The location was in a good place, it is 15 mins from the ferry, and 50 mins from the farthest beach by car. Sadly, I could not try the BAR. The room was big enough for 5 people.

Very nice and polite staff. It was truly a family-friendly place, which made us feel even more welcome. They had a pool that was also suitable for young children, equipped with balls and inflatable swim rings, which made the kids really happy. Little details like these make families feel especially welcome.
The breakfast was very nice, with plenty of sweet and savoury options. We also really appreciated that dinner consisted of simple, traditional Greek dishes prepared in a homemade style (congratulations to the chef!). We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this place to families.
The rooms are a little dated and could benefit from some renovation, but this did not make our stay uncomfortable.
As mentioned above, the breakfast was good, with a nice variety of choices. However, the coffee could definitely be improved. There was only a filter-style machine type coffee available, and unfortunately, I didn’t find it good. I think this is something that could easily be improved, as it would make the breakfast experience even better.Also, some additional fresh fruit and a few more healthy or lighter options would be appreciated, especially for guests looking for more diet-friendly choices.

It was affordable.
We were a family of 5. There was only 2 cups, 3 forks, 2 knives. 1 bowl, 2 plates…..
The hob took half an hour to boil some water.
And no bin.
Numerous items were damaged (drawers, toilet seat, balcony chair), all of which were reported to the hotel, but no repairs were forthcoming.
These are simple things to sort out.
Also, there is a bus service outside the hotel, however, it is pretty intermittent so you’ll end up walking the 1.5 miles into Laganas beach (the taxis are very expensive).
