It’s impossible to name just one thing we liked because everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, and everyone made us feel truly at home. A special thanks to Mr. Edris, Mr. Ahmed, Ariana, and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.
The food was excellent, especially for an all-inclusive hotel, with a great variety and consistently high quality. The rooms we stayed in were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Being able to bring our pet made our stay even more special, and we truly appreciated this pet-friendly experience.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
The only minor issue during our stay was that the lift was out of service for almost two days. However, these things can happen, and I'm sure it was an isolated and unexpected situation. It certainly did not take away from our overall excellent experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
