Location, natural environment, plants diversity, ambiance, and the rooms.
No one gave us a tour of the property when we arrived. So we did not know where everything was. Menu items were not available for a la carte meals. Musicians you hire for the evening programs should be able to sing. You are expecting global customers, but the musicians remain worse than street singers. India has huge amount of talented singers hire them. The safari arranged by you had a terrible guide who did not know anything and did not speak much during the three hours.

The buffet breakfast was excellent . However could add a few more healthy/organic options.
There was a wedding at the property on the second day. Guests should be advised in advance about such events at the time of booking.

It was absolutely beautiful. The staff were all amazing. The safari was incredible. Food delicious and the room was luxurious with all necessary amenities
