+ right next at the beach
+ most dinners were tasty and diverse
+ rooms and bathrooms very clean
+ employees are very nice
+ definitely a family hotel, wouldn’t recommend for people without kids
- breakfasts were all the same everyday, will give it 4/10
- they dont have eco policy for washing towels, they are washed anyways
- pool was dirty
- not a hotel issue, but too many mosquitoes

This is very good hotel on one of most beautiful beaches on Sithonia. There is big parking behind hotel not only for guests but for other visitors of the beach as well. Suen beach bar is also very nice, the stuff there is great, prices are also moderate (in high season they charge 10eur for basic set with obligation to spend at least 10 euro on drinks or food). Hotel has nice pool with bar near it. The rooms are good, there is enough space in bathroom and rest of furniture is functional. They were cleaning room regularly and changing towels whenever we wanted. Restaurant is quite OK, food was nice and selection is in line with official "stars" number. There is wi-fi in all areas including beach bar. Many couples are coming with kids, for us it was no problem but if somebody is looking for extra quiet place then this could be important factor.
Nothing really so important, only what is worth mentioning is variable wi-fi speed in different areas depending from number of guests around access point. In the evening, after dinner internet could be very slow or stalling. The mobile network reception was also variable, outside was OK, but in our room was very bad. I'm noting this only because of people who are depending from reliable internet connection for whatever reason.
