Nice location, friendly staff, has AC, I found the beds comfortable.
We took this apartment initially to have parking near the ferry but actually it doesn't have parking (public parking is available though, we paid ca 37 euro for a day).
It was a bit difficult to carry up the luggage on the stairs, not sure if someone less trained would manage 💪🏼😁
The lights in the staircase are only partially working, we needed a headlamp to reach the apartment door.

The apartment was cozy and well-maintained, with a beautiful sea view from the fourth floor that made the stay truly memorable. The location was great—close to the beach and city center, making it easy to explore Split.
The only challenge was that the apartment is on the fourth floor without a lift, so carrying luggage was a bit difficult.

The location was excellent. Windows and cross ventilation.
The bed in the second room was not uncomfortable. The apartment is a small city apartment on the roof. It is a 5-6 floors walk up. Not for the elderly, the fainthearted or small children. The hot water was not enough for 4 people. there was only 1 key for all of us. It looked much roomier in the photos than in reality
