Loved the location and the amenities. The people we dealt with at the property were wonderful and helpful.
The stairs were hard to negotiate with larger luggage. But it was the bed and linens that we found most uncomfortable.

Clean,. laundry facilities
Like other guests have mentioned the stairs are quite steep there's 27 of them. It's okay with a small carry-on to carry it up I wouldn't want to try with a great big suitcase. The area the apartment is in is quite run down. At no time did I feel unsafe but it is quite dirty in that area.

Great location, good communication with host, clean and comfortable, laundry facilities available.
Steps were a little steep but didn't pose a problem. Had to pay by cash which for us is not the best method of payment as we don't carry cash.

We were welcomed by the host who made sure to help us with the facilities and the neighborhood. He is accessible by WhatsApp and immediately responds, which was great.
The stairs to go up are steep and seemed a bit uncomfortable to go up and down.
