Helpful friendly staff with excellent local knowledge. Comfortable bed, well laid out bedroom with good size table, wardrobe and kitchen etc. Great location for Vienna metro, Statd Park, Old Vienna city centre. My room overlooked the side and did not have a view of the park, but it was very quiet which was nice.
Nothing to dislike.

Excellent location, just across Stadtpark with playground and a metro entrance a minute from the apartment. 8 min walk to a mall with transport to airport. 15 minutes walk to center of old town.
Our apartment is very comfortable with nice park view seeing the top of the St Stephen church. The studio is very spacious, nicely decorated with kitchenette and a washing machine. The air con was comfortable. Konrad and other staff at the reception were very welcoming. Wifi and air con were good. Very good value.
There was renovation in some part of the building. One of the apartments we booked, we needed to take the elevator and then took the stairs (one flight down). Not ideal for people with mobility issue nor with big luggage.

Everything was very good up until the last morning. We went to breakfast, where the menu stated breakfast was complementary for hotel guests. We enjoyed our meal, only to fine out after we ate that we weren’t on the “list”. Nobody checked “the list”before we ate. We were charged over 45 euros for a soft boiled egg breakfast.
