About this villa rental
Our villa (non-smoking domicile inside) was completely renovated in January 2018 and furnished according to high European standards. Location: in a closed residential area in the tourist area Midoun, 50 meters in front of Cafe Le Riad Djerba
* ADDITIONAL FEES:
* Electricity costs depending on consumption - very cheap in Tunisia !!! (Electricity meter data are noted on the contract form upon handover and acceptance, landlord and tenant each receive a copy of the holiday home rental contract. The electricity costs will be paid on departure, after which the deposit will be refunded. A one-off cleaning fee of 15 euros will be paid upon arrival.
Loungers including parasols can be rented from many hotels on the beach for 1.60 euros per person.

logement bien situé, proche des commodités et de la plage de Yati (meilleure plage à Djerba à mon avis) qui se trouve à max 5 mn en voiture, facile d'accès, propre, formalités d'entrée et de sortie rapides et cordiales.
