The room was beautifully finished with high ceilings and the balcony. Signs on walls were helpful, e.g. details of WiFi and the fact that tap water was drinkable. A bottle of cold water in the fridge was thoughtful as dats were hot.
The first exposure was a shock as the smell in the inner corridor was unbearable (unventilated sewage). After a few days someone was leaving the door open to the stairway to deal with it, however, this issue needs a permanent solution. On arrival there was no soap in the shower (soap dispenser was empty), no shampoo or conditioner either. Not everybody likes soap from dispenser, so a soap dish would be nice to have too (currently there is no place where soap could be placed in the shower). The shower door seems brand new but falling apart. Modern rooms need charging points, however, the only powerpoints were used by lights, which had to be disconnected to charge phones. Also the side tables are blocking access to these powerpoints. A booking for 6 days should supply more than one toilet roll. A box of tissues would be nice. Since the bed is double size, why supplying two single bed doonas with ill-fitting covers - sloppy! Two bowls and two spoons would allow people have cereal or fruit for breakfast. Also some guide of restaurants and coffee shops in the neighbourhood would add value to the stay.

Excellent communication and great location.
The design of the place was not bad either and clean.
I was also impressed by the smart locks at the apartment
maintenance wise could have been improved.
