The friendly welcome and budget price. Also clean and comfortable and in a convenient location.
The shower in our room didn’t work. It was late at night so we didn’t report it until the morning, I’m sure if we had reported it earlier they would have tried to fix it.

Great central location, lovely clean comfy bed, soft fluffy towels and lovely hot shower - all you need for a short stay!
It was fine for us- but be aware that stairs to rooms are quite steep should you have mobility issues

Room and location were fine.
On arrival we were told that they don't do breakfast, then told later that there would be breakfast served, but dining room closed when we tried the next morning at 8.30a.m.
The staff weren't quite what you'd expect for a hotel!! Is this a workman's hotel? Signs re. taking off workboots, no smoking in entry lobby etc.
