The location and facilities were excellent as was the free car parking. Friendly and efficient staff.

The location near the lake and the center was very practical!
There was neither air conditioning nor a fan of any sort. The blond lady owner/manager was quite curt and not very friendly. She could be a bit more hospitable to guests.

The location was nice and thats it.
The bed was too hard. The lady in reception was not nice, when we told that in our room description it says lake view but we didn’t had, her suggestion was ”then you can cancel your reservation” ( actually if we would done it, we could not have the money back ) she clearly has no problem-solving skills ;) the room was not also so clean, bed had some hair/eyelashes from other people.
