Pros: Price for Value. Hosts are very trustful, feels like home, restaurant downstairs with good prices for breakfast, dinner or evening hangout. Blackout windows & well-insulating balcony door will let you have comfort sleep, spacious balcony. All staff is very responsive whenever you have any needs and try to solve, help or recommend. Special thanks to Nona and Jan. There is a supermarket just next to the hotel, so you can buy all basics there. All rooms had small fridges TV & A/C, towels. Everything is thought over starting with floor mop, extension cord or laundry clips to take care of your small needs. Staying here was simply convenient for me and saving a lot of my time.
Since the hotel is very close to the central street taking the traffic from Georgia to Turkey, you can hear all trucks passing by if you just want to keep the balcony door open. Not recommended for people who want quiet time in the open air.
The hotel is being cleaned well, but be ready to see some animal species around sometimes.

I stayed here for the second time, as I was very satisfied with my previous stay. The hotel has a great location, just across the road from the sea. The rooms are quite spacious and have balconies equipped with chairs and table. The rooms are clean and also have everyday housekeeping service.
The man in the lobby, who was looking after the place was very rude everyday and all the time.

Прекрасный отель, радушные хозяева, ежедневная уборка номеров, частая смена белья, уютное, очень душевное, вкусное кафе на первом этаже отеля, очень близко до моря, автобусная остановка около отеля, отдельное спасибо за вид из окна на посёлок и горы, вечером этот вид был просто завораживающим. Обязательно вернёмся ещё раз к вам.
