Great location in a scenic street, central area in walking distance, shops just around the corner. The apartment is nice and well equipped. Fast Internet. And I got a lovely welcome from Paulo. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a great location and Jorge, who met us in the place, is courteous and professional; he took care of a small WiFi issue with the internet company, and it wasn’t a big inconvenience.
That being said, the only small detail is the fact that, unlike other renting sites, Booking did not charge some sort of rental tax so we had to go and withdraw cash. Jorge said the owner had sent me an email about it but I never got it.
We had asked if we could leave the bags and check in later but we ended up paying for early
Check in, also in cash, 22 euros. No biggie either.
The location is the best feature of this property, close to everything, you can just walk everywhere; there’s a supermarket nearby and time out market is about 10 minutes away on foot. Just keep in mind, you are in the historical part of town so there are bars and hustle and bustle and you can hear the neighbors walk around on the wooden floors above you. Nothing that would compromise the place though.
Great place to stay in Lisbon and we would definitely stay there again.
