The gym and pool were decent. The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean.

The air freshener used throughout was overwhelming. The eggs at breakfast were rubbery. There aren’t a lot of food options nearby.

Very responsive staff. After erroneously sending us to a room that was already occupied, they quickly corrected the matter and credited us with one free night which was not expected. Having breakfast and parking included in a location so close to NYC was also great - with easy directions on how to catch a nearby bus straight to Time Square, who could ask for more?

Our reassigned room was not well suited for us. It was designed for a disabled person, so the shower stall was unusual and leaked onto the floor. The pressure on the shower head was also very low. Since the hotel is located in the town of Teaneck (20-30 minutes by bus to the center), the bus was often late and did not fit into the schedule. We personally had to have breakfast in the lobby, almost at the reciption itself, holding plates on our knees. We were lucky, because there were a group of children in the hotel. They were brought by a bus. These children were everywhere and the staff didn't even make any comment to them on their noise and behaviour. At breakfast, sitting with your feet on the table, taking up breakfast space. It was not possible to get into the pool. Man 20 at a time in a relatively small pool. All the hallways and elevator were wet from the kids running round-trip. When we turned to the reception for permission to swim in the pool after 10 pm - minutes 20 (and the pool works from 7 am to 10 pm), we were forbidden, and when I came at 7 am to swim in the pool calmly and waited at the door for minutes 15, no one came to unlock the pool door. I was ashamed to go in shorts and slippers to the administrator to ask to open the door. I am a well-mannered person. It was possible to do this only on the last evening before leaving in 4 nights.

I had a very big problem with the staff upon check in, they insisted to pay with visa and not to accept cash at all, I had a problem with my cc and they wanted to cancel the reservation and she mentioned that this is my problem that I made a booking through a third party not with the hotel directly and that I have to bare the consequences. Worst ever experience and will never ever book them again. She would not mind for me to leave the hotel and not to accept. I am really very sad and not happy with the experience, I had to ask for someone to send an approval for the online payment. I had the worst 2 hours until the payment was approved otherwise I had the cash and she was not accepting it. I need your reply and to know what will you do then. Location is very close if you visit to NY and around. Hotel is safe to stay alone and with your family. Safe to park as well.

The valet staff were great. Very clean and open. Room was nice. I liked the pantry cabinet. Shower was great. Loved how open it was and water stayed hot.

I'd rather park myself. Feels rushed with all the cars around. I had two young kids who like to take their time. Pool was boring and dark in the room, also cold. Bed was kind of hard and the corners came off as soon as we got in the bed. Didn't like the bathroom door.

The Wi-Fi didn't work. Kept advertising as a non-secure network, and my security conscious work laptop rejected it.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Room was clean and daily taken care of by the staff. Bathroom was clean. Sheets and pillows were clean. No odors. Ice machine was accessible. Mini fridge was clean. TV had many options and free wifi was pretty good. Nj transit bus stop is right across the road which was very convenient to get to NYand return. 20 minutes ride to Manhattan.

There was a 150$ refundable fee in addition to booking. Breakfast was very basic but coffee was terrible.
