Location was very good
Very spacious for 2 people
Settee was just base missing the cushions for base and back.
Very high bath to get in and out to use shower It could do with a hand rail on wall to hold onto
Extractor fan not working in bathroom
It would be useful to have outside lighting for the outside steps when coming in at night
Windows very dirty on the outside of kitchen window there was a prawn stuck

The Dunes apartment is big and spacious, equipped with everything 2 people needed. Great location.
The key pads are easy to use and not have to worry about losing a key or forgetting to take it or lock the front door if needed.
Also when I rang help to locate the apartment the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.
Also the luggage storage they advertised is excellent too as we had arrived in Whitby at 11am but couldn't check in till 3pm so we stored our luggage for £10 till we could check in.
The postcode takes you to the wrong apartment block. At night you can hear the foot steps of the apartment above when going to sleep not great for a light sleeper.
Also I was sent the link for early check at 6am on the morning of the check and when I rang to make sure if I could booked early check in via link I would be guaranteed it but had expired.

Cooker too old. Shower dangerous. Beds uncomfortable. Metal stairs outside property dangerous as no outside light when dark and slippy when it rained.
