Excellent location that was only 2 blocks from where 3 subway (metro) lines meet for self touring! It is only 2 blocks from where the E-100 airport express bus (for about US$8, each way) arrives/departs every 7 minutes! (Very hassle free way to get to/from airport on the cheap) . Interesting and tasty restaurants for breakfast , coffee are just steps away.
About the room: My room was a studio apartment with a tiny outdoor balcony. Very good value! It far exceeded my expectations! The apartment was very spacious, with the kitchen and bathroom being especially so. Very thoughtful provisions in the kitchen including pots/pans/wine glasses/corkscrew/fridge/freezer/microwave/toaster/ full oven and stove. It even had a small washing machine in the spacious bathroom! Also, an ironing board, nice iron, excellent speedy wifi, and a comfortable dining table.
It was very pleasant to sit outside on the covered balcony to enjoy a glass of red wine after a long day of touring while I prepared a simple meal in the kitchen for dinner. . The room was VERY quiet and pleasant at sundown. This is a rare find in city center Europe! The AC had an easy to use remote control to adjust the desired temperature , and was very quiet. Bottom line: If I ever moved to Budapest from the USA, this rental would be an ideal (well equipped) starter accommodation!
The European style hand held shower nozzle holder shoots water perpendicular! to the tub! Who designs this? Ugh. Why is it not affixed to the head of the tub with the water showering the length of the tub ?

Good location accessible transportation. Near attractions. Quiet during our stay.
With 2 free lemon tea and coffee.
Limited cooking pans, only 1 pan and small pot, could have been a bit bigger. No TV channels, but you can use youtube and netflix. (We only used once).

Location
The curtain hooks had fallen off, the curtain was too narrow to fully cover the window, and Netflix was not working.
After we contacted the accommodation, they fixed the curtain hooks, but the curtain width could not be rectified. Furthermore, they claimed Netflix was fixed, but it was not. Our room number was missing from the account list, and none of the available options worked.
Having to email them every single day was a waste of our holiday time, and the problems were ultimately not resolved.
