Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
Carpets were very old. Would have preferred wooden floors to keep with original architectural style of hotel. Flowers and gardens are so characteristic of La Orotava. The hotel lacked flowers in its planters which would have made it feel more inviting. Just small details. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Everything. Friendly staff, great location, period building, very good breakfast. Staff at reception was exceptionally king and helpful.

Location was great in a quiet part of town.
Our room 204 was directly above the restaurant. I was not sure if the hotel and restaurant were co owned. Anyway on the night we stayed there was private function which went on after midnight. Needless to say our sleep was poor and our opinion of the hotel lessened. The hotel should have rules which allows the paying guest some privacy and quiet at night.
