Nørre Vosborg je nádherný historický areál na krásném místě a celý hotel na první pohled působí opravdu výjimečně. Na pobyt jsme se velmi těšili. Prostředí má úžasnou atmosféru a snídaně byla výborná, kvalitní a jednoznačně patřila k nejlepším stránkám našeho pobytu.
Zklamání bohužel začalo hned při příjezdu. Přestože je hotel prezentován jako dog-friendly, bylo nám řečeno, že podle interních pravidel pes nesmí ani na recepci, která je přitom tři metry od vstupních dveří, takže jsem musel počkat se psem venku na dešti.
První nabídnutý pokoj byl částečně v suterénu a silně v něm byla cítit plíseň, proto jsme jej odmítli. Druhý pokoj jsme již přijali, ale i zde bylo několik problémů s údržbou: malá okna šla jen velmi obtížně otevřít, okno v koupelně nešlo otevřít vůbec, nefungovalo odvětrání koupelny, sprchová baterie byla poškozená a poličky u postelí nebyly pevně připevněné. Pokoj také neodpovídal fotografiím našeho rezervovaného pokoje.
Největším překvapením však byl poplatek 495 DKK za psa za jedinou noc. Tato částka představovala přibližně třetinu ceny celého našeho pobytu pro dvě osoby včetně snídaně. Tak vysoký poplatek za psa jsme při našem cestování ještě nikdy nezažili a považujeme jej za naprosto neadekvátní.
Je to velká škoda, protože Nørre Vosborg je mimořádně krásné místo s velkým potenciálem, ale kvalita pokoje a přístup k pobytu se psem bohužel neodpovídaly dojmu, který tento nádherný historický hotel vytváří.

Die Lage, das vegane Frühstück auf Nachfrage und das sehr entspannte Feeling auf dem Lande gepaart mit einem Hauch ausbaufähiger Exklusivität. Der umliegende Wanderweg ist ein Traum und mitunter sicherlich ein kleiner Geheimtipp.
Viel zu wenig vegetarische bzw. vegane Optionen gerade im Restaurant. Im Zuge der Fairness muss man sagen, dass es im Umfeld der Region auch wenige Optionen gibt, allerdings geben immerhin die Supermärkte ein substantielles Angebot her.
Das Rührei morgens als vegetarische Option des Frühstücksbüffets war nicht frisch bzw. die Konsistenz ließ eher eine künstlichere Masse erkennen, die man auch in anderen 4* Hotels bekommt.

TV didn't work and wasn't fixable . They said they had had a new router or something but not a deal breaker.

Very good wifi. Ample of parking space. It shows that the nicely done renovation of this old place has been done by help of good architects. I stayed in a room in the old part, there are also rooms in a newly build part. If you want to have a tour of the castle there is a discount when presenting your room key. The place is very quiet by night although I could hear the few cars passing by the building to the parking lot.
No pleasant seating in the fairly large room. The room and bathroom were scarcely equipped, and some utilities/features did not work. It is like this place has ambitions that are higher than they can fulfill. They mean well but they lack attention to the small details that would make it a great place were missing. Especially the restaurant was a disappointment, lacy staff with seemingly little knowledge of the servings, overly fat dishes, and average taste. The relatively high price did not provide value for money.
