Excellent location, easy parking, exceptionally helpful reception.
The restaurant is kaput.

It’s in a very nice neighborhood of a residential area. Relaxing and quiet.
They Do Not provide 24 hours hot water service and they don’t provide 24 hours room heating. They shut off the hot water
boiler and room heating system between 11pm - 5am every day. So it’s not comfortable for us since we pay over $150 per night and we expect all the essentials services being provided. More over this, when we questioned them on these issues, they said there is nothing they can do about it…. Isn’t that ridiculous???

Boutique hotel in UNESCO surrounding. New awesome management. Digital check in worked well. Strong like the HERCULES nearby. Will book for my wedding maybe :)
No staff there until late, but this is normal when it is a 24 7 DIGITAL hotel.

We were a little disappointed with this hotel which did not have any staff after 6.00pm as they finished their shift. Did it then become an "Air BnB"? The room was also on the ground very close to a bend in a tramline curve - the noise as it went round the bend sent us round the bend as well! The room could have done with a mini bar to keep liquids cool (it was a heatwave) Breakfast was okay if not spectacular and parking was just about okay- not sure if many others had arrived by car how much parking there would have been
Tram noise
