The hotel staff provided friendly and professional service throughout the stay. The premises were maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and the location offers convenient proximity to the city center. The availability of on-site parking is a notable convenience.
However, the breakfast experience did not offer sufficient value relative to the cost.
Regarding the facilities, there were significant operational issues. One elevator was completely out of service, while the other experienced persistent technical malfunctions that required manual intervention to close the doors before it could operate. As a result, accessing a room on the sixth floor required using the stairs. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit in the room was non-functional and generated an excessive amount of noise.
