Location. Room sizes.
Got overcharged on my bill. When phoning hotel phone got put down on me. Was not a kettle facility already in room for my baby. And they charged me for triple room even though it was a twin room and baby slept with me....even after they failed to provide a cot. I took of the sheets from the bed so housekeeping would realise i wanted fresh sheets and the same ones were put back on by them...i knew this as i spilt some pink calpol on them by accident and same pink stain was on there when i returned. The beds were uncomfortable to the extent that I could not sleep the first two nights of my stay. Almost all of the staff did not speak English. Luckily we had a great time in Istanbul itself which over-ruled ecerything bad about this Hotel but I would never go back I fortunately I am sad to say.
