Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gasträume und das Zimmer war ausgesprochen sauber. Insgesamt befindet sich das Hotel in einem gepflegten Zustand. Im Restaurant wurden frisch zubereitete regionale Gerichte angeboten.
Es gab keinerlei Anlass für Kritik.

Wunderschönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht und schönem kleinen Bad mit perfekter Dusche. Die Minibar war sehr gut bestückt und ich habe mir auch ein lokales, leckeres Gessner-Pils gegönnt! Das hat perfekt zum Thüringischen Essen gepasst. Ebenso nicht vergessen die erholsame Sonnenterasse neben meinem Zimmer.
Das Einzige, was ich bereut habe, ist, nur eine Nacht geblieben zu sein. :) Komme bald wieder! Es gibt wirklich nichts, was ich persönlich bemängeln würde, das Einzige ist vielleicht, dass das ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattete Hotel keinen Lift für 1. oder 2. STock hat, für mich aber nicht relevant.
