The breakfast was wonderful with many choices , the room was comfortable and staff exceptional. Location was ideal near to the central station.

Location and ambience of Lobby is Ok, facilities are so so. Because, I have been staying at Pride at Other locations also, Chennai could be even better in all respects.
The behavior of male staff whom I have met on the night of Arrival was so rude, unprofessional, beyond my thinking. House keeping staffs are almost not seen and hotel managers also accept the shortages. Restaurant is virtually defunct, If you sit and order any thing for your Guest, it becomes their Burden. Someday, I had to request the Sr. Lady manager to request the restaurant people. Moreover, Hotel like Pride stature must have a Restro Bar, many corporate people avoid this Pride despite one of the Best Location. Room Services and Food quality must be improved, else the loyal customers will move out to new property which are in plenty now. I request management to read this message for improvement and action
