Very large space, good location to walk, food was amazing and friendly staff. Matt was exceptional!

Had to walk to park the car. Not bad, only a 2 minute walk but if disabled it would be a hardship as the walk is uphill.

Great location in a lovely town. Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely views from dining room and delicious food.

Only a slight issue but we were in a building to the side of the main hotel and the people in the room above got up at 4am. They were very noisy and took ages to depart but it meant disturbed sleep for us. This wasn’t the management’s fault but was somewhat annoying!

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable bed

Are particular room the deluxe Garden suite was incredibly hot. Even though the heating was not on. The main problem is the noise from the rooms above you can hear every single footstep that people take and that certainly had an impact on our sleep. The patio doors open onto an incredibly small area with a door (that you can’t lock )that leads onto a passage that can be accessed by members of the public and the whole area is very overlooked by the property. It’s right next to the beer garden, we’re lucky that people weren’t drinking there at night but again I’m sure it’ll be very noisy place to try and sleep if people are out on the beer garden.
