Comfortable during our stay. Aircon was good.
We were not able to use the TV as there was no signal at the time of our stay. Did not not do anything about it. Added one person, additional cost but no mattress available as they were fully booked. Did not do anything about it.

The location was convenient for me and the room itself was generally fine. I also really appreciated that a late check-out until 10:00 PM was available for an additional fee, as this made my departure day much easier.
Unfortunately, I was unable to use the TV at all during my entire stay due to technical problems with the TV/Sky signal. I would expect such a basic hotel amenity to work properly. The issue could not be resolved during my stay, which was very disappointing. The service could also have been better overall. These issues had a negative impact on my stay.
