Si no te importa un viaje al pasado, a los 70/80, en cuanto a la construcciĆ³n y decoraciĆ³n, pues estupendo. Un sitio sencillo y tranquilo desde donde disfrutar de esa bonita isla y sus tesoros.

Amazing sea view, nice roof terrace, close to the beach and a comfortable apartment.
The bathroom is a bit cramped, and the shower is just a curtain which is too short and not spacious. The kitchen area is also very small, but you can manage to cook and prepare simple meals.

Rapport qualitĆ©-prix. La proximitĆ© du village de agia marina Ć 600m ainsi qui possĆØde deux supermarchĆ©s de nombreuses boutiques trop Ć mon goĆ»t. La plage et un petit port oĆ¹ il y a trois rotations avec AthĆØnes, ce qui Ć©vite d'aller au port d'egine. Important de louer un vĆ©hicule, scooter chez Matias, sympa et pas cher. Le studio est Ć 600 mĆØtres mais en montĆ©e plutĆ“t accentuĆ©e.
Le bruit Ć l'intĆ©rieur de l'Ć©tablissement. MĆŖme si l'environnement extĆ©rieur est silencieux, cet Ć©difice des annĆ©es fin 70 n'est pas trĆØs isolĆ©. Tout rĆ©sonne dans les structures. On entend les eaux dans les canalisations, les chasses d'eau, les climatiseurs des voisins surtout la nuit. Il y avait aussi deux chiens de voyageur, des fox terrier Ć poil ras qui n'arrĆŖtaient pas d'aboyer. L'hygiĆØne de la vaisselle qui a conservĆ© de vieilles Ć©tiquettes de prix. De mĆŖme sur une semaine, je suis arrivĆ© un mardi et parti un mardi la poubelle a Ć©tĆ© vidĆ©e et le mĆ©nage a Ć©tĆ© fait le vendredi. Au niveau sĆ©curitĆ©, la plaque chauffante assez vieille, point de rouille touche un rideau en nylon, risque d'incendie. Obligation d'enlever la prise de secteur. La douche mesure 80x60 cm, une fois que vous avez le rideau fermĆ©, le robinet touche votre ventre. Vous ne pouvez bouger. Si vous souffrez de surpoids voire d'obĆ©sitĆ©, les mouvements sont difficiles. DerriĆØre la porte d'entrĆ©e de la chambre, les fiches des autoritĆ©s touristiques grecques datent de 2014.
Cette Ʃtablissement a besoin d'un rafraƮchissement et d'un contrƓle des services publics.
