The location! The location! The location! Especially if you’re lucky enough to get a room right next to the terrace as I did, it felt like my own personal balcony. And that view of the lake is worth everything

Excelente hotel en Flores

Es la segunda vez que tengo la oportunidad de hospedarme en este hotel y verdaderamente ha sido tan buena como la primera vez. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, es cómodo, limpio, las habitaciones espaciosas y esta última habitación en la que me quede tenia una vista espectacular.

El desayuno podría ser un poco mas abundante.

Excelente ubicación y servicio.

Excelente ubicación en Flores. Habitación muy cómoda con aire acondicionado. Tuve que irme en un vuelo de madrugada y me prepararon un desayuno para llevar con frutas, cereales y yogur.

Ungemütlich Unterkunft aber sehr nettes Personal.

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, nett und freundlich. Ventilator und Klimaanlage haben gut funktioniert. Guter Druck in der Dusche beim Wasser. Die Matratzen sind bequem.

Frühstück war langweilig und trostlos. Räumlichkeiten wie Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer sind super veraltet und ungemütlich. Die Duschstange ist direkt abgefallen. Es hat sich etwas Schimmel im Badezimmer gebildet, da beim Duschen nichts Ablüften kann. Jedes Mal wenn man von einer Tour wieder ins Zimmer kam, hat es extrem nach Putzmittel, vielleicht war es auch Schimmelmittel gestunken. Wir haben die Tür immer oft aufgelassen zum Lüften. Die 60 Euro pro Nacht waren es definitiv nicht wert.

Great aircon, perfect location only 2 mins walk from where buses drop you off. Staff were really friendly and we booked a tour to Tikal with them for a great price and with a fantastic guide. We were able to leave our big bags at the hotel all day on our day of check out as we were getting a night bus that night. Free drinking water in the lobby and bottles in the room

Nice hotel. Beautiful view. Comfortable. Wuiet after 10:00 except for frogs that croaked all night.

Location is fantastic. Saw lovely sun rise. The staff is super helpful. The view from the lakefront room was very pretty. The bed is comfortable.

We liked everything about the property. Word of warning: bring earplugs. we were serenaded by what I think were frogs all night long. Loud frogs. Nothing the hotel can control. Nature at its best.

A great place to go on a trip to Tikal

A great place to go on a trip to Tikal. The hotel is located in the center. Great view of the lake (particularly in rooms with a balcony, especially at sunrise). There are shops and restaurants in the area (the one opposite the hotel entrance is great, I highly recommend it!!). Rooms clean, (cleaned daily). You can order a tasty and plentiful breakfast. Service very friendly. At the reception you can book trips and other attractions and exchange basic currencies (which is very important on the road). Rooms equipped with air conditioning. I highly recommend. (The only small shortage is the lack of a fridge in the room).

one bed in the room was super hard which wasn’t that comfy. we were also told in advance that there wasn’t an extra charge to have 3 people in the room with a double and single bed. but then they charged us when we got there.

Very good

The first two nights we stayed, our room had a lakeview balcony and it was awesome. We slept with the sliding glass door open with the lake breeze. Flores is a cute island and the hotel sits right on the water, especially with the flooding. So no car noises. The rest of the room was fine...clean, comfortable bed, bathroom was fine.

Noise from a bar or disco nearby on the last night of our stay. Also, rooms without a view along hallway can be very noisy when people pass by

- good location, at entry of Flores - nice, helpful staff - comfortable bed, good A/C

- no window to the outside of the building (just inside), therefore not a lot of light

The location is great with a view to the lake and big terrace too.

The room was ok and pretty clean but there were ants on the table and sink and the price is little high for what you get.

Great value hotel in Flores

Great and cozy hotel, close to the bridge of Flores Island. Good beds, a fine TV with many channels. Bathroom was good and the aircon worked smooth. The personnel are very friendly and helpful!

The WiFi keeps turning on and off in the room, which is way more annoying than it being just slow. You are not really able to use it.

Good stay for good price

It was super clean, the staff was helpful and did their best. location was great, so close to “love peten” sign where you will use a lot when you take a tour or shuttle. breakfast area has a good view of Flores.

Wi-Fi is really bad in our room. the room’s windows are looking to hall so you can hear when people walk their rooms and we felt uncomfortable to open our windows and always nervous if someone is seeing us.

Too expensive for our room without a balcony, not sure if everything in flores island is overpriced.

Staff were nice, breakfast was nice room was quite big and the hotel building was nice and in a good location on flores island.

As we did not pay extra for a balcony room we had only a shutter window which went out onto the hallway it was extremely noisy and I was constantly woken up even with earplugs on which I was not happy with given the price. Other rooms even with hallway windows and proper windows, not sure if they are quieter.

The property is well located convenient to restaurants, stores and the heart of the town. Also, the restaurant within the property has a great menu and beautiful view of the lake to enjoy.
