I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights was definitely the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive to guest satisfaction.
I accidentally left my wallet in the lobby, and it was safely returned to me the next morning. I truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff and hotel management. Thank you very much!
The breakfast was another highlight. Everything was fresh, varied, and very well prepared. I have traveled to Istanbul many times and stayed in many different hotels, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in the city. I especially appreciated that all the items that were supposed to be served hot were actually kept properly hot. The börek was also excellent!
The location is great as well—close to the metro station and with easy access to the city center. If you enjoy walking in the evening, there is also a very pleasant walking route toward Taksim Square.
There wasn’t really anything I disliked about the hotel. If I had to suggest one small improvement, the lobby could perhaps offer a few more amenities—for example, one or two tables with comfortable chairs for guests who want to work on a laptop, as well as coffee or tea service and perhaps some updated seating.
That said, these are very minor and subjective preferences, and I personally wouldn’t consider them weaknesses of the hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Breakfast and reception staff are really helpful
The rooms are somewhat dilapidated; the refrigerator doesn't work, and some lights, like the bathroom extractor fan, are broken. The wallpaper is worn.
