Location near to general facilities.. food outlets.
To go up the first floor with heavy luggage is very inconvenient.
Iron and board placed at the corridor .. iron was not at the board..someone mustchv taken it inside their room.

It was my wife meeting at PKG kuching. I choose to stay here coz its near to kpg astana.Bed are confort. The room we choose was family room. Big enought to 3 adult and 1 child below 10 yold.
Absaloutely i really hate hotel with no lift. Samudra one of it. Imagine i lift my laguage and 2 bagpack to 2nd floor. No free parking. So you need to ready coupon parking.

More improve about cleanliness.. found lot of hair in the bathroom...curtin not fix properly .. privacy sign was hang at the time I'm came to open my room.. seem like the room was already occupied..then I'm came down to reception to asked the staff to make sure it's was the correct room...
Supervisor need to check room condition before release room to be vacant clean
