It is an absolute gem! Stunning views. Beautiful property. Clean and spacious. Delicious food. Amazing staff. Our daughter ran a fever on our last night. The owner sent someone to the pharmacy to get paracetamol late in the evening and then she PERSONALLY made us some chicken soup. Never in my long history of travelling for work or leisure have I encountered this level of care. We will be back!! ❤️❤️

I loved the beautiful view, the incredibly rich and varied breakfast, the impeccable cleanliness, and, most of all, the people. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed.
They also made my birthday extra special with their thoughtful attention to detail, which made my stay even more memorable. 🎂✨
I highly recommend Salty Houses to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean place with truly warm and hospitable people who genuinely care about their guests. ❤️

- Location is excellent, just next to the beach.

The view was great, overlooking the bay. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was very good, every day. The airco worked well in the hot weather. The owner and the staff did everything they could to ensure we had a good holiday.
we booked an appartement with our own small swimming pool, with 1 double bed, 2 twins and a bunk bed. So that should have been perfect for our family of 5 with teens. But on arrival it was 2 twins and a folded bed> that is not what we booked. According to the owner it was a translation mistake of booking. the bed was not the same quality or size as a proper (bunk) bed. After complaining it was solved by using a large bench as a bed, but it was actually a 4 persons appartement instead of 5.
the appartement did not have the proper facilities to actually cook a meal. The kitchen was quite old and was very obviously, rarely used. yes, it did have some pans and some, but was not fully equiped.
The beachbar closest to the appartement has loud boxes facing the sea - and therefore you must 'enjoy' their during the day, during peak season. The hotel owners cannot help this of course, and it is mostly during the weekend. But it is annoying if you want to relax in 'your' pool and escape the noise of Mykonos.
