Probably a hidden gem. It is located not too far from the city center, and very close to an MRT station. Whether this would work for you depends on your traveling motive. Staff is very professional and friendly, it seems they've been working in the industry for a long time.
It looks clean in all the places that matter, but you'll never know if it really is. There is mold growing outside the windows and probably years worth of dirt on top of frames and places easy to see but that probably require an extra 15 minutes to clean properly per room.
